ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the influence of Agency Recruitment System and their implications for
human performance (Study in AJB Bumiputera 1912 Sharia). This analysis uses descriptive quantitative
method with simple regression calculation using the techniques of data collection and dissemination of
questionnaires to foreign service employees (Agents) and interview the Head of HR and Head of
Operations at the company AJB Bumiputera 1912 Jakarta Regional Office of the Sharia.
The analysis and interpretation of data indicates that there is influence between Agency
Recruitment System for HR performance in AJB Bumiputera 1912 Jakarta Regional Office of the Sharia.
The implications of the requirements contained in the Agency Recruitment System is also seen in the
performance of human resources is a foreign service employee present.
